Exchange & No Refund Policy

At Unstoppables, we pride ourselves on the premium quality and craftsmanship of our t-shirts. Because our pieces are produced in limited runs with high-quality materials, we operate an Exchange Only policy and do not offer monetary refunds. We encourage our customers to consult our detailed size guides and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

If you find that your item is not the perfect fit, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for a different size or an alternative product of equal value. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

The garment must be in its original, pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents (perfume, smoke, etc.).

All original "Unstoppables" tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

To start the process, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the details of the item you wish to receive in exchange. Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will dispatch your replacement. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our quality standards, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
